30-Day Return Guarantee
We proudly offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligible Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, and manuals should be included.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been used, damaged by misuse, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
We'll work quickly to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (incorrect, defective, or damaged product), we'll cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.
